Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the LuckyStart website and all associated services (the 'Services'). Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, minimum and maximum limits, and standard processing times, and may be delayed or declined if account verification is incomplete or suspicious activity is detected. LuckyStart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, and any fees charged by such providers are the responsibility of the account holder.

Bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, applicable games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are disclosed at the time of the offer. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from your use of LuckyStart should first be submitted to our customer support team for informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution service or alternative dispute mechanism as designated by LuckyStart. Both parties agree to act in good faith throughout the resolution process before pursuing any other available remedies.
